Case 1 Case Studies
Client: Leading North American manufacturer of bath and kitchen products

Project:
An online portal for Canadians to rate public and restaurant bathrooms. We established a profile for our client on Twitter and FourSquare, two leading social media platforms. We are also using Goggle to continue to drive qualified traffic to its portal. In early 2010 we completed a three-phase interactive, online consumer bathroom contest in which YouTube* video links, stills and descriptions were provided by customers of their unhappy bathrooms. The most deserving of an $30k designer upgrade was judged, again by consumers online.

Results:
We increased web site traffic, influenced exposure in social media circles and encouraged positive awareness of our client and its products, as well as the importance of well-designed, well-appointed bathrooms.
